Harrowby Lane Sergery

This was quite a good surgery but not now. I have just been there and attempted to see a doctor i was told i can not make an appointment i have to sit down and wait until the other 18 people had been seen which would be around 30 minutes. I waited and waited two people walked out they were there before me. After nearly 45 minutes i also walked out. I for one have never missed an appointment or have i ever been late for one. So because there are people that can’t be bothered to get out of bed and turn up on time for there appointment i now have to wait and wait. This is something i am not prepared to do as i feel i am being victimised because of other people not turning up at all or are late. This is wrong and unfair to me as far as i am concerned. So now i will be changing my doctors. My advise is keep away from Harrowby Lane Surgery.
